AUCKLAND V. AUSTRALIA. (Per' Press Association.) AUCKLAND. September 23. Auckland attacked from the bully, ouly good work by the goalkeeper keeping them out, E. Watts passed to Carr who returned to Walts, who netted. Auckland continued to attack and Watts passed to Carr who scored. The Australians then made aji attack headed by Seamen, and gained a penalty corner, but were repulsed. Auckland moved away, a passing run by E. and C. Watts ending in the former scoring. Australia attacked but Steele removed the changer, and Auckland, going away on (he left, Bruce centred to E. Watts, who scored. Half-time soore—Auckland 4. Australia 0.
