FIRE IN DRDPERY SHOP.
A DUNEDIN BLAZE. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, September 15. Damage estimated at £9OOO was done to the drapery stock of Douglas, Bernstein and Company by a fire last night in their city premises. The outbreak started amongst fittings on the ground floor and stock valued at £12,000 was more or less spoiled by fire and water. The premises are owned by Hallenstein Bros., and insured for £3500, and the stock for £9OOO and the fittings for £OOO. ANOTHER FIRE.
