The appeal of Ernest Goldfinch against the decision of the Licensing , Committee of the Racing Conference in | not granting an application for a jockey's license for 1922-23 heard by Messrs Ferret, Vallance and Good, who eame to the con-elusion that Goldfinch should be given another chance, and recommended that he he granted a conditional jockey's license, dating from January 1.
