MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.
RIDGELY I.ODGK. The r ortriierlitlv meeting of Ridgely bodgeNo. 30. 1.0.0. F., was held in the lodge room on Wednesday night. N.G. Brother it. r razer presiding. Sick visitors made .their reports and .sick pay was passed for payment. Receipts tor the evening totalled £ll] 13s Id and expenditure £44 18s lOd. Two new members were proposed. Recommendations brought down by the standing committee were received and adopted. The meeting then adjourned to enable the Christmas Tree Committee to discuss the arrangements with the ladies. A Ladies, Committee was formed and it was decided to make a start with a jumble sale on October 14th. The gathering was entertained by 'Miss Fisher 'aongi. Miss Owen chib swinging). Miss Neva Kirwan (Pierette Dance). Master Malcolm Rickard <soug . Brother L. Rickard (Pianoforte Solo 1 and Brother Unwin (Humorous Recitation) Dancing was indulged in for the real of the evening. Brothers Lawson and Young supplying the music.
