The leaders of the striking shopmen have launched their first legal attack against the Daugherty Injunction, when officers of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers filed a suit in the Supreme Court in the District of Columbia, to restrain the local Federal Officials from enforcing the clauses, forbidding assembly, and the use of union funds for the furthering of the strike. Other suits are expected to follow.
