Marcel Sembat. the Socialist leader and an ex-member of the Cabinet, died suddenly yesterday. llis inconsolable wife committed suicide with a revolver to-day and die;! after collecting around her the cher ished souvenirs of her husband. She left a letter arranging for a double funeral.
