MR W. R. DEVEREAUX, who Will carry the Reform banner in the Parliamentary election for East Christchurch, is having his second experience at the hustings. At the last election he stood as a Reformer against Mr G. Witty. M.P., for the Riecarton seat, and polled creditably for a newcomer. Mr Devereux is one of the principals of Devereux, King and Co.
