Captain M'Millan states that a mis taken impression appears to prevail regarding the reason that the aviator? originally came down m T.ukhidiagar. There was no mechanical' fault in the engine, which ran perfectly until the petrol flow to the carburetters was interrupted by an airlock. 1 hi> could have been remedied if they bad been flying at a greater altitude, but owing to the stress of the weather they had to fly at only 100 feet and were forced, to come down. Their subsequent difficulties weer due to water in the petrol.
