SUNDAY SAILINCS. POINT RAISED IN COURT, (P*R P»W Association., WELLINGTON, August 28. Evidence in the shipping dispute was given in the Arbitration Court to-day , by Mr William Rogers, general manager of the Anchor Company, who said lie considered extra pay for Sundaysailing should not apply to bar harbours. Mr Young said, in reply to Mr Justice Fraser, that the Seamen’s Federal tion would prohibit Sunday sailings altogether if possible, but probably that would be possible only by legislation. Mr Justice Frazer said the Court ctnjld not interfere and could only balance the reasons given on each side.
