The Hon I)r Collins gave notice of his intention to ask for a return showing the economic loss caused by til© spread of venereal disease. He desired a return showing the number of premature births and deaths caused by the disease and a statement as to what amount would be saved in subsidies to hospitals and expenditure on mental hospitals if preventive measures were taken.
