MR W. DICK, traffic supervisor to the Christchurch Tramway Board, has held his position for the last couple of years. He has risen from the ranks in the tramway service, as he was connected with the old system before the days of electrics. The increasing volume of tramway and other traffic in the streets of Christchurch makes his position no sinecure.
