Obituary :Mr Justice Bring. | Hon Robert Darlow Bring was born at Wagga Wagga, New South Wales v in 1853. He was called to the Bar in 1874. and appointed a. Judge of the Supreme Court of New South AN ales ia 1902. | THE LATE MR J. BURGESS. The death occurred on Thursday of Mr J. Burgess, formerly a highly-re-spected resident of Sydenham, and of late years of 185. Redruth Avenue, S prey don. He had been employed ior thirty-eight years as an ironmoulder by Messrs Booth. Macdonald and Co., and as a mark of sympathy and respect the firm’s flag was flown at half-mast on receipt of the news of his death. The funeral was largely attended, among those present being Messrs G. T. Booth. Whittaker, Hall. Trolove. Hallidav. Burns, H. Smith, Grant, Merriot. M’Lean. Johnson. Sykes, Warr, Warr. Godsenmn and the seven

brothers of deceased. The ,pall-bearers were Messrs Lodav. Bathurst, Cheddington, Taylor. Wear and Hine. and the service was conducted bv the Rev W. S. Bean, of St Mary’s, Addington. Wreaths and floral tributes were sent by the employees of Messrs Booth and Macdonald, Akaroa Express Motor Co. and staff. Mr and Mrs Campbell. Mr and Mrs Brightniore. .Mrs Kcv. Mr and Mrs Grant.
