NEGROES LYNCHED.
By Telegraph—Brass Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. NEW YORK, July 9. Atlanta telegrams report that two negroes in Wayne County. Georgia, who had heen sentenced to death for an attack on a white woman, were granted a month’s reprieve by the Governor of the State to ncTmit the introduction of new evidence. A mob took the negroes from the. gaol ami lynched them. Ihe Governor declared that this act would not go unpunished He has offered a large reward for the arrest of the lynchers.
