At Montreal Father Delorme s brother-in-law asked the Court to interdict the priest in order to prevent him exercising any of 1115 civil priviU3gy> relating to property. A message received on June 30 stated that six alienists for the Crown and one alienist for the defence had agree I tlittt Father Delorme was insane, and should not stand his trial for the murder of his brother. Thor declare! that he was suffering from hypeithropy. or over-development of the ep». Tests were made of Father Delorme's blood and spinal fluid, and he wa> found to he suffering from a primal defect which deprived him of judgment reg arding his own acts.
