(Received June 3, 11.5 a.m.) The correspondent of the “New York Times ” at Mexico City reports that a group of Japanese capitalists from Los Angeles arrived after a trip through the northern part of Mexico in the interests of a Japanese company, which i 9 planning a large immigration of Japa-nese-farmers from California into Mexico, also to develop mines, establish cotton mills and work lumber tracts, etc. Hie company is negotiating for the control of national lands.
