TR AIN ARRA NGEMENTS On June 10 two special passenger trains will leave Christchurch for Ashburton at 9.5 a.m. and 9.20 a.m.. returning from Ashburton at 4.10 p.m. (Saleyards Siding 4.30 p.m.), and 4.25 p.m. (Saleyards Siding 4.50 p.irO. The 9.5 a.m. train takes passengers from Christchuroh and Rakaia only. The 4.25 p.m. train from Ashburton takes passengers for Rakaia and Christchurch only. The 9.20 a.m. train from Christchurch \ takes passengers from Christchurch and Dun san del only, and the 4.10 p.m. train from Ashburton takes passengers for Dun sandel and Christchurch only. These traiifk will stop at Ashburton Saleyards Riding for passenger traffic. Passengers from intermediate stations must travel by the ordinary 7.25 a.m. Christchurch-A *h burton train, and return by tbe ordinary train which leaves Ashburton at 6.10 p.m. instead of at 3.50 p.m. Special train for conveyance of racehorses will leave Christchurch for Ashburton at 5.5 a.m. It leaves Ashburton on return at 7 p.m. If the races are postponed the special trains will not run.
