The local.executive of the Boy Scouts’ Asisoeation have decided to pbrrnit the Scouts to assist in the collection in aid of the blind on Friday. It was announced at the annual meeting of the Dominion Council this morning that it was against the Scout law to allow the poys to aid in collections, so their duties on Friday will be to lead the blind in the city.
