A Press Association telegram from Wanganui states that to-day M r and Mrs J. K Revell, of Wanganui* will celebrate their diamond wedding. Mr ReveU has been eighty-one years in Tv e w Zealand and his wife seventyeight. (The latter is New Zealand born) Mr Revell arrived at New Plymouth in the ship William Bryant in 1841. He served jji the Maori war and afterwards entered the railway service. He has lived fo r the last fcrty-four years at Wanganui. Mr Revell is well-known to the Masonic fraternity of 'Jew Zealand as tyler of local lodges. The old couple enjoy excellen t hea Ith.
