DARGAVILLE COLLISION.
CAPTAIN TO PAY COSTS. (Peb Press Association.) DARGAVILLE, May 23. As the result of a nautical inquiry into the circumstances of a collision with the Dargaville wharf, the ship Laura and the lannch Molley, by the p.s. Wairua, Captain G. H. Sellars, of the last-mentioned boat, has been ordered to pay costs amounting to £3O 16s. The Court also ruled that there was no need to suspend or cancel liis certificate, and that no blame was attachable to the officers or members of the crews of the other vessels.
