Pierpont Morgan, Otto Kahn, C. H. Billings and Oliver Jeslnt. have r-rrived. Mr Morgan is going to Paris to confer with hankers in reference to the proposed international loan of £*200.000,000 for Germany. GERMAN SUGGESTIONS. PARIS, May 20. Official co ave rsa tier, s between the Reparations Commission and the German Finance Minister, Dr Hermes, are proceeding regarding the payments due on May Tl. “Be Temps” states that Germany proposes an agreement with the Conindsison on the manner of balancing the German Budget and stopping currency inflation by papei money. Germany rejects Allied financial control, but accepts an extraordinary measure of cheeking the accounts by the Commission. The German proposals are subject to the receiving of an international loan, negotiations to continue while international bankers ; consider the loan.
