The Berlin correspondent of the “ Daily Chronicle " states that- the exKaiser’s book is completed and parts hare been shown to a. foreign buyer The ex-Kaiser is standing out for a million dollars for the foreign rights, and Unpractically certain to get this amount, which is equal to ‘100.000.000 marks, or four times what he lias thus far received from Germany since the revolution. The ex-Kaiser has had literary help and he appealed . u friends, including Field-Marshal von Jlindenburg, for details of the story. Generally it is guarded, but is argumentative and provocative regarding some of tbe happenings during the Avar. The manuscript lias been In existence for some time, but tbe exKaiser had hoped to return to Germany, and only determined on publication when it became plain that a return to Germany was impossible. The ‘ Daily Chronicle” suggests the title should he “ Apologia Pro Hollo .Suo.”
