DEFICIENCY OF £305. A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt ••lata of Irvine Pell Loaeby. of Christohurob, motor meohanic, wag held this afternoon. Mr A. W. Watters, ActingOfflolal Assignee, presided. Mr W. F. Tracy represented the bankrupt. The liabilities were set down at £462 3s 5d and bankrupt estimated his assets at £147 4s. leaving a deficiency of £305 5* fid. The assets consisted of stock-in-trade £6. book debts, estimated to produce £45. cash in bank £2 3s 7d, furniture £6O, plant, tools of trade £lB5. estimated to produce £46, a total of £167 4s. There were two preferential creditors, who claimed £lO for wages. The principal unseoured creditors were as follows:—Adams I Ad., £B4 16s 3d; Para Rubber Coy., £BB 12s 6d; Hope, Gibbons and Sons, Ltd.. £33 16s lOd ; Cooper and Duncan.
