Commonwealth Government and by the Amalgamated Wireless Limited to proceed w ith a company w hich was'formed under the agreement providing for the establishment of direct wireless communication between the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. The Government has been allotted 500,001 shares, giving it a majority of the shares.
