No matter what other materials may come and go, as one season folows another, fashion never ceases to show her j approval of velvet garments trimmed .with fur, so long as there remains any perceptible chill in the air. Velvet frocks will be very much worn, both in the afternoon and evening, and furs of every sort and kind will be used for their adornment, from the various comparatively inexpensive forms of dyed coney up to the more extensive natural skunk, moleskin beaver and sable. Where the still popular jumpers are concerned the same rules will prevail and many delightful little garments of this kind will be bordered throughout with a narrow hand of fur and held in with a girdle of bright jet placed some little distance below the natural line of the waist. Evening wraps in oh if ton velvet will be chosen in very bril limit colours and finished with big collars, cuffs and flounces of fur. NO MATTER WHERE YOU CO
