NEARING COMPLETION.

'lhe prosecution of Roscoe ArbuckL on a charge of manslaughter for tin third time at San Francisco is nearinj completion. The only new evidence is the testi monv of the secretary of the liospita where Miss Rappe died. The witnes declared that Miss Rappe told he that Arbuckle should pay the hos pital bill because she blamed him fo the injury.
