RAILWAY OUTRAGES IN IRELAND.

(Received March 30, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 29. A mixed mail goods train from Belfast to Dublin was derailed near Adavoyle. Then a force of armed men surrounded the train, set : fire to the waggons, and destroyed all the goods that had come from Belfast. The postal van also was destroyed. A train from Enniskillen to Sligo was also held up, and the goods from Northern Ireland were burned. A large force from the Free State captured the Beloo police barracks in County Fermanagh, and carried off fifteen policemen. Irish Conference Opens in London.
(Received March 30, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 29. The Irish Conference has opened at the Colonial Office. The British delegates are Mr. Winston Churchill. Sir L. Worthington Evans, Viscount Feel, Sir Hamar Greenwood, Lord Birkenhead. Ulster is represented by Sir James Craig, Mr. E. M. Archdale (Minister of Agriculture and Commerce), and Lord Londonderry (Minister of Education). The Southern Ireland representatives are Messrs. Arthur Griffith, Michael Collins, E. Duggan and K. C. Higgins.
