VISIT TO BLENHEIM AND KAIKOURA. Th© Hon E. P. Lee, Minister of Justice, arrived m Christchurch last night from Kaikoura, where he had spout the week-end on his way from "Wellington. n Mr Lee left Wellington on Friday, and received a number of deputations at Blenheim. At Knikoma he was met by the deputy-chairman of the County Council (Mr J. Boyd), and was shown round Kaikoura, being greatly interested in the blasting of rock by the Marine Department to provide adequate shelter for th© fishing boats. The local dairy factory and the electric power station were also visited. Mr \j&e left for Invercargill this morning to pay his first visit, os Minister of Justice, to the Borstal Reformatory Institute.
