AMERICAN LOAN OFFER By Telegraph-—Press Association—Copyright Australian anti N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 16, 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 15.
A syndicate headed by the Guaranty Company, has offered a loan of 40,000,000 dollars to the Dutch East Indies Government for forty years, with an external sinking fund, at sik per cent, gold bonds. The price of the issue is £94 15s, plus interest. The loan is not redeemable before ten years.
