A syndicate headed by the Guaranty Company, has offered a loan of 40,000,000 dollars to the Dutch East Indies Government for forty years, with an external sinking fund, at sik per cent, gold bonds. The price of the issue is £94 15s, plus interest. The loan is not redeemable before ten years.
