WEDDING.

TAYLOR—UREN. A pretty wedding took place on Thursday afternoon when Miss Loui Uren, only daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Uren, North Road, Papanui, was married to Air A. Tajdor, ofi Christchurch. The ceremony was held at the Durham Street Methodist Church, the Rev' Harris being the officiating clergj'inan. Air Firth presided at the organ. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, wore a white petal frock of georgette, pink roses encircling the waist and finished with tulle streamers, and carried a bouquet of pink and white. The veil was worn in coronet style, looped with pearls. She was attended by a bridesmaid, Aliss Alice Fergus, who wore a dainty maize coloured frock of georgette, trimmed with rose bud braiding and helio ribbon with a pale helio tulle hat to match. Two little flower girls. Aliss Doris Uren and Aliss Joan Best, wore white crepe de chine frocks and lace coronets, and carried small pink posies. The bridegroom was attended by Air Percy vßoames as best man. The bride’s mother, wearing a smart navy serge costume, received the guests at the Oadena Tea Rooms where the wedding breakfast wa9 held, the usual toasts being honoured.
