MORE PAPER MONEY TO BE ISSUED, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyriehfc. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. BERLIN, January 23. In th© Russian Budget for th© period from Jauuary to October, 1922, the expenditure is. estimated at 1.377,000,000 gold roubles. Thirty pet cent of tho expenditure is to b© covered by ta.x©s, 900,000,000 roubles are expected to be received from State industries and 700,000,000 from State lands. Tho deficit, 343,900,000 roubles, is to bo covered by paper money issues.
