The Kennedy, which left Wellington on Monday for Foxton, will later go on to Port Hardy. She is expected to return to Wellington to-morrow, and will be diejatdhed the same day for Foxton. The Waipori is to load at Auckland during the current week for Wellington, Tim* tru and Dunedin. The Kahika was timed to leave Dunedin yesterday for Wellington, New Plymouth and Nelson, via Oamaru, Timaru and Lyttelton. The vessel is due at Wellington about Friday. The Wairau, which left Wellington shortly after midnight on Sunday for Picton, had not proceeded far when she cast V propeller blade, necessitating her return 6o port. The vessel berthed at 2.20 a.m. the cargo was subsequently transhipped the auxiliary schooner Echo, which was dispatched for Blenheim on Monday evenkf. It was understood that the Wairau would go on the slip on Tuesday. UNION COMPANY’S CARGO FLEET. She loads at Pacific Coast ports for New Zealand and Australian ports. Waitemata, left Auckland at 9 p.m. on Friday for Papeete, flan Francisco and Vancouver. Advice has been received in Lyttelton of the dimensions of the new steamer Xylebeg. which has been purchased by the Dunedin-Wanganui Shipping Company, of Dunedin, and is being brought out by Captain 8.
