A large consignment of war exhibits aud trophies arrived in port by th« Wahine this morning from Wellington, amongst- which was a German aeroplane- The exhibits are in connection with the War Aluseum. An Auckland Press Association message states that the steamer Flora, on discharging fruit from Raratonga here, will lay up during November, having been Fan at a loss on the last few trips owing to insufficient cargoTHd Rev W, J. Gomrfe, Church Treasurer, was unanimously appointed moderator at the next Presbyterian General Assembly, says a Dunedin Press Association message.
