PLAGUE PRECAUTIONS.
QUARANTINE REGULA* j\om, (Peb Pbesb Association.) WELLINGTON, November 17. Amended regulations have been effected by Order-in-Council. Special measures are taken to prevent migration of rats from ships and for the destruction of rata, mice and other vermin on board ship. The regulations also deal with tho fumigation of cargoes and disinfection of mails. A penalty of £SO is provided for any breach of the regulations.
