ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (Ter Press Association.) NEAY PLYMOUTH, November 16 The \A atersiders’ Conference opened thiu morning. Air Glover presiding. The twenty-five delegates were welcomed by tho Mayor and the president of the' local union. The/ Mayor said that the fact of the conference meeting here was recognition of Ihe growing importance of this port, with which Air Glover agreed. Ihe conference then proceeded with preliminaries. The proceedings are not open to the Press
