A retrial of Archibald Lloyd charged with manslaughter, will commence at 10 o’clock to-morrow morning. The jury disagreed when Lloyd was first, trier] by the Supreme Court, yesterday, and no verdict was returned. JJoyd has been released on hail. The charge relates to the death of Kathleen Mary Archer, following upon her being run over by Lloyd’s car on August 13 on Lincoln Road. Lloyd is a taxi driver.
