WEDDING.

PICKERING—ZUPPECICH. The wedding was celebrated at St Barnabas Church, Fendalton, on Novem- ! ber 2, of Miss Mary Leonora Zuppecich, only daughter of Mr and Mrs J. C. Zuppecich, Fendalton, and Mr Peter Pickering, Culverden, Amuri. The Rev H. Leach conducted the service. The church was prettily decorated by friends and Miss Marshall officiated atthe organ. The bride, who was given away by her father, was attired in a beautiful, embroidered voile frock with satin sash, with which was worn an embroidered tulle veil and wreath of orange blossom. Her bouquet was of choice mauve clematis. Miss Joyce Cook, of Rangiora, attended the bride wearing white China silk with mauve silk cap and streamers. Mr Jock Zuppecich , of Little Haver, attended the bridegroom. The guests adjourned to Waiwetu, the residence of the bride’s parents, where the reception was held. Later Mr and Mrs Pickering left by - motor, the bride wearing a mole embroidered costume with jade green hat I trimmed to match. ! Most people know a good portrait 1 when they see one.
