HAPSBURG DYNASTC.

ABROGATION OF RIGHTS. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. BUDAPEST, November 3. The Crown Forfeiture Bill points out that the Trianon Treaty did not impose the forfeiture of the crown, which the Allie 3 now demand, and adds that the National Assembly solemnly protests against this interference in the country’s internal affairs, to which only as a country fighting for existence it is forced to consent. The Bill abrogates the Hapsburgs’ rights of succession, declaring that the right of election of sovereign reverts to the nation, and that the sovereignty be maintained, election to which is postponed. PLACE OF INTERNMENT. LISBON, November 4. Though a telegram from Funchal, Madeira, states that arrangements have been made to intern Karl and Zita there, the Government has not yet consented to internment in Portuguese territory.
