PRUSSIAN MINISTRY RESIGNS.

This is due to the fact that it relied on the tolerance of the Right or Left Party* for retention of office. As Herr Stogerwald showed a tendency to seek tho support of the right, he incurred the opposition of tho Majority Socialists:
