DUNEDIN, Novornlxw 3. j The criminal sittings of the Supreme I Court were held before Mr Justice 1 Chapman, who commented favourably j on the fact that there was only one j sexual case, which was the class of case | giving uneasiness in other parts of the j Dominion. The Grand Jury returned true hills in all cases except a charge ; of attempted breaking and entering ; against Thomas Edward Rogers, j Thomas William Kills pleaded guilty to forgery and was ordered to bo detained for reformative purposes for a term not exceeding five years, to be concurrent with tbe reformative sentence he is now serving.
