Copenhagen confirms rumours that the Soviet is seeking u reconciliation with the Mensheviks, whoso leader has been invited to Moscow’ to undertake negotiations. Many fires are occurring in Retrograd for which the Bolsheviks blame counter-revolutionaries. Moscow is so overcrowded that a million persons are living in one hundred and sixty.nine thousand rooms, mostly dilapidated. AN ASIATIC CONFERENCE. HONOLULU. October 28. The newspaper ” Fiji Shirapo,” states a Tokio dispatch, declares that tho Russian Soviet has called an international conference at Irkutsk, simultaneous with the Washington Conference, and invited China, Korea, Siam and Tndia to send delegates.
