The Government has authorised the bale of beer and wines on doctors’ prescriptions practically without restriction. Prohibitionists are up in arms. They have prevented the Fale since March, when the courts ruled that medicinal beer and wines were legal. Legislation was pending in Congress but the Government refused to withhold longer tho legal rights of the parties concerned.
