Campbell, speaking at the Church Congress, urged tho advisableness of diversions from the present form of prayer book. The marriage servico contained much that might T>e left out .and tho burial service might be almost entirely rewritten as it contained almost a pagan note of mourning. The prayers for use at sea were scarcely usablo except in time of storms.
