FACILITIES DEMANDED. (Per Press Association-.) N FLSO N, October 14. The Diocesan Synod discussed the alleged unfair conditions in regard to the reception of immigrants by the respective clergy. The following resolution was passed : “ That this Synod enters an indignant and emphatic protest and demands that representatives of the Church of England be-granted the fullest facilities for boarding immigrant vessels on arrival 60 that the clergy of the different districts to which immigrants are being cent can be notified immediately.”
