The R.M.S. Tahiti, which arrived at Wellington this morning brought 417 hags of mail for the Dominion, including 148 from America and three from London. The civil sittings of the Supreme Court will bo resumed at 10.20 a.m. tomorrow, before liis Honor Mr Justice Adams, when the case Oakley v. the Royal Exchange Assurance Coy. will be taken (The cable news in this issue accredited to “The Times” bri3 appeared in that journal, and onlv where expressly stated is such news tlit editorial opinion of “ The Times.”)
