ENCLOSING THE PARKS.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —The raids which are being made on our public pnrks by bowling, tennis end croquet clubs demand some attention. It is a fair thing that these clubs should be reasonably catered for in the park, but they should not be ullowed to extend indefinitely. The risk that is being run is that parks will be gradually reduced by encroachments. Already big slices of Haglej', Sydenham and St Albans Pnrks are enclosed, and a halt should be called. -—I am, etc., WATCHDOG.
