NEW YORK, September 27The Federal authorities have arrested George Gordon Rorke, one of the group of four who. it is claimed, attempted to ship six hundred machine-guns to Ireland in Juno. Rorke. who is an American citizen, is charged w r ith conspiring in planning a military expedition against a friendly Power, and if found guilty will be liable to a fine of ten thousand dollars and three years’ imprisonment.
