On Tuesday evening Mr and Mrs J. Woods gave a dance in the Beckenham Hall, the music being supplied by Mr 11. Woods’s orchestra. Mrs Woods received her guests in a pretty frock of amethyst satin with fruit and bead trimmings. Amongst those present were Mrs Orchard, jade green satin; Mrs Munday, navy blue taffeta; Mrs H.
