Latvia, Esthonia and Lithuania were admitted to the League of Nation a to-day, making the membership fiftyone. Little Entente states abstained from voting, as also did Franco in the case of Lithuania. The British delegates urged the transference of the League of Nations to Lo Havre and also urged that the Council should meet as often as necessary, three members to live in London, three in Paris, one in Romo, one in Belgium. L© Havre was urged as the easiest of access. The majority of the mem. be-rs approved cf the proposal.
