LAWRY, who has been deputed by the Methodist Conference to organise the centenary celebrations to be held next year, The sum of £48,000 is being aimed at, as a fitting: amount with which to carry on church extension work, and Mr Lawry and his helpers have already raised £30,000. He represents the third generation in the church, his father end grandfather having been Methodist ministers.
