ONGAROTO TRAGEDY.
MOTION FOR APPEAL. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 22. The Court of Appeal will on Saturday hear a motion for leave to appeal against the death sentence passed on Hakaraia Te Kahu, who was found guilty, at the third trial, of the murder of Richard EHiotf at Ongaroto on Easter Sunday last.
